血液衰老、白血病分子机制和靶向治疗。利用新一代DNA深度测序和单细胞测序技术，确定血液衰老、白血病发病、耐药的组学分子图谱和克隆演化规律；建立肿瘤动物模型，研究肿瘤发生发展的分子机制及鉴定肿瘤治疗靶点；通过高通量药物筛选方法研发小分子抗肿瘤靶向药物。
